Rivet Insurance is proud to support many community events and charities throughout the year. Below are some recent highlights of our involvement in 2009.
Every year Rivet Insurance enthusiasticly participates in an annual Holiday Pajama Drive for the Children’s Aid Society. Pajamas are collected at various locations throughout the community and then distributed as christmas presents to children in the care of the CAS.
Thanks to the generosity of community residents, the Sturgeon Falls office collected 159 pairs of pajamas, along with several mittens, hats, slippers and other gift items. The office also donated 17 fleece IBAO blankets.
Our Sault Ste Marie office also participated in the annual drive. Shown above are a few of the many pajamas they received.
This past December the Sault Ste-Marie office had the pleasure of making a donation to their local Soup Kitchen. Pictured above is office manager Arthur Girard (right) handing the soup kitchen director a check for $1000.
